just doing my usual nosey through the bargains of eBay...

and saw these... what are they used for? anyone used them? were they really £99? they are selling lots of them... was it a product that never 'took off'?

They sell these in our agricultural store, for sheep and cattle. NO WAY are they anywhere near £99

hmmm... you see, i'd happily buy something for 6.99 if it was meant to be £99... even if i didn't know what it was... i just like a bargain... but i can't imagine they would ever sell for £99.

sounds like company gone bust? or problems? not surprised if they wanted £99... but... like drayton's barney said it does seem like a good invention.

i have no reason to buy them. hell, i still don't know what they do... but they're on eBay and claim to be a bargain... which means inevitably i'll end up buying them

I have used them

My mare lost a shoe (tb with cr@p feet) and i polticed her foot, wrapped it with tape, then put this boot over the top and turned her out. They come just above the fetlock, obviously waterproof, quite strong. I paid £2 for a pack at a car boot sale!! If the RRP is £99, then I think I got a pretty good deal

£2.48 as you appear to get ten boxes of four.

Might have to get a pair for the boy as they'd keep his quarter crack clean... hummmm.
