What are you looking forward to in Spring?!

No mud (hopefully)
Dry ground - being able to ride in field
No rugs on 2 out of 3

And looking a bit more forward into summer:

Poo picking in shorts and vest top
Summer evenings sitting in the garden with a glass of wine watching the horses grazing (they are at home)

Hurry up spring!!

Looking forward to seeing my boy with an annular ligament strain going out in the field and being rideable again!

This track is local to me - so this is what I have to look forward to :) I'd live in the woods if I could :)

I'm looking forward to
Daughter being able to take charlie to pc and hacks after school :)
Dry ground!
Seeing what charlie looks like in his summer coat
Giving him a bath :p
Just warmer,drier weather

Spring...standing in my field listening to my horse munching grass...with the warm sunshine on my face.
And flowers appearing and those first green shoots of leaves back on the hedges...cant wait.

Light! I miss the daylight!
Grass - my new one (also bought in October) is skinny and hairy and I can't wait to get his rugs off, strip the winter hair off him and see him put on weight.
Better ground - they're stuck in the back field at the moment and hate it. I can't wait to get them in the front field so they can see everything going on :)
Being able to feel my fingers and toes at the field!
Spending more time outdoors with the boy :) and getting to ride!

Firstly some turnout (currently only got 2 days per week at the most) but will be 7 day daily turnout and then 24/7 in summer at new yard.

Being able to ride and get back out to some competitions as we've been stuck in for weeks due to this weather!

On a selfish note, it will be good to save some money too as I'm spending a fortune on bedding while he's in 24/7 (about £35 per week :( which could easily be spent elsewhere)

Our ponies are out all winter...so I'm looking forward to getting them in and starting to get them fit! I am NOT looking forward to them all trying to buck us off when we first get on and I am not looking forward to their first chukkas!
