What are your comments plans for on Insurance Emporium equine

I have been recommended the insurance Emporium, has anyone used them and if so what are your thoughts?

I literally left a positive review for them today as I've been very impressed with the service they've given me over my last two horses. Granted, the first one I never claimed for anything, but I made three separate claims on my most recent horse which they could have very easily disputed and they paid the full amount. I also find their customer service to be good.

I have used and used and used them! Claim after claim.
They have flaws but for the price difference in them and other companies that has to be expected I guess.
They have paid everything I’ve claimed but it can be a slow process. They now require a continuation of claim form with every vet invoice. Imo this is silly as the answers are the same every time with ongoing treatment.
They also won’t give prior consent to treatment, so for example my horse needed a bone scan which isn’t cheap and I’d have felt a lot more comfortable sending him off with the go-ahead rather than having to claim after and wait for an answer.
However I’m not complaining because they are nice to deal with (bar the one lady I kept getting at one point ?‍) but mostly really nice and they are affordable.
