A farmer friend with a massive field with lots of natural shelter so you can turn the youngsters out and forget about them until spring!
Nice sensible older horses that can be ridden and led, and don’t go mad if they have a few days off.

Yard staff to do turn-out/bring-in for me, so I don't have to deal with the mud!

I say it every year but my waterproof overalls/onesie = amazing. They are bright yellow so I'm easy to see, fit over pretty much anything I'm wearing and keep me dry, warm and clean. I have worn them over a skirt and tights when going out in the mud to feed the horses and I have even rolled around in the snow in them! With decent wellies they are the ultimate combo.
