On one pony a double jointed happy mouth for hacking/jumping and a jointed pelham for showing, on another pony a french link with full cheeks at home and a jointed pelham at shows.
I have quite a large bit selection at home - but most of those were obtained for my old boy - as he was a buggar to bit, and seemed to like change more than anything!!!
At the moment I use a loose ring hollow mouth snaffle for my mare, a full cheek french link for the pony, and the 2 babies both use a d-ring snaffle.
I did have the little boy in one of those nylon bits - but he just get grabbing hold of it and turning it upside down in his mouth for fun!! Bless him!
Not a very exciting list of bits I use at the moment though!
Full cheek snaffle wherever possible. My last horse was difficult to bit, and we'd tried almost everything on her, and even though she was a bit of a steam train when she wanted to be, she hunted and did everything in a snaffle after a bit of experimenting.
