Prolites in front and Sabre or Lucinda Green leather ones behind. I've got a full set of the Sabre ones with the tendon protectors in but they're Hector's and he doesn't let anyone borrow them.
personally i use prolites in front, and premier equines behind.
also have an old pairs of NEWS which are good for every day, but i dont feel they offer sufficient protection to the front of the leg, as the foam isnt that thick. my old pony wacked a fence in front and bruised quiet badly, as the NEWS (lightweight ones) just arnt that thick.
i would say prolites were best for infront
Premier equines all round. they offer really good protection and don't cost a bomb. Used to have NEW wear ones but the back ones always swivelled round, premier ones never budge.
Style or NEW, and i'm thinking of getting some Dalmar to try as well.
basically, something that doesn't heat the tendons up (so not fleece lined), with very good tendon protection for the front legs, and front of cannon bone protection for the hind legs. if they speedy-cut i use the long sabre leather hind boots.
