What breed are most scurry ponies?

One of my friends asked me tonight and her immediate thought was Shetlands.... but I am not so sure - I said section A' welsh ponies

anyone have any thoughts

Most of the smaller height section are Welsh A's. Shetlands are good at it but for top, top level scurrying then the A's have a longer leg reach. For the upper height section they are mostely Welsh A or B crosses.

If I ever manage to get back into it, I would love shetties! I have also thought about Caspians - for speed!?
