What breed do you think my horse is

I have a loan horse who is around 14.2hh. It has his breeding as an x on his passport so we don’t know what he is. We thought he might be a cobxwelsh but I’ve searched it up and it seems that they can’t be a welshy if they are skewbald/ piebald etc. Any ideas anyone?

He could be a colored cob X welsh, getting the skewbald genes from the cob. Definitely a coloured cob in there somewhere, the rest is a pot luck.

I'd hazard a cob with a dollop of welsh/arab - looking at that tail carriage.

Yes, doubt he’s Arab as he only tends to carry it like that in his extensions or when he’s really engaged doing lateral work etc. Agree with the welsh defo. Thankyou!
