What breed do you think???

We rehomed her from a resuce home, and we dont know her breeding ??
Im pretty sure she is some kind of terrier x ...but just not overly sure what

Just wonderd what your thoughts were on what she is??

She is like a miniture collie in her charachteristics, mad as a hatter and just runs around in circles all day, and then hides in the grass waiting for buds

Collie x patterdale. Looks similar to ours who I think is something like that - kind of has the face of a patterdale.

or maybe collie x gsd x patterdale - some mongrels do like to get around

Yeah we are thinking patterdale x jrt or something like that...she is a bit leggy

However were not sure if there is collie somewhere along the lines as she has got quite alot of herding instinct in her

Interesting you mention herding instinct, as she looks a bit like a taller Lancashire heeler. However, I think those who have suggested JRT or Patterdale x collie are probably near the mark. She is gorgeous, whatever she is

I would say definitely patterdale in there, or if not Patterdale, maybe lakeland or Irish terrier!

How tall is she?

We breed patterdales and our bitch is 14" high to the shoulder and the dog is 15" and built like a brick s*!t house!! The other 2 bitches are smaller though, home bred out of the other 2 is a little smaller than her mum at about 13" and our new girly is only about 12"

She is about 14/15 inches tall to the shoulder

Unlikely as she would look like the two in my signature, Cattle Dogs and Kelpies like huskies have a strong genetic influence over f1 cross and so it would look very much like them and be bigger, if it was Cattle dog cross you would know it!.

My money is on some kind of pinscher, possibly a miniature due to the markings and liver colouration

She's the right height and she's got a very patterdale head on her!! Just the colour isn't a common patterdale colour!!

The head shape is really similar, this is our homebred, I haven't got any other pics of our head on but our chocolate bitch looks even more lke yours!!
