Hi my friend has a 6 month old foal she hasnt had him very long. the Dam is a tb but there is two choices to the sire. Connie Or welsh? hes going to make around 16.2 and is already standing at 13.2. ive put some photos on let me know what you think ? thank you
Having bred TBs/Anglos/Warmsbloods with my own stallions - I would say this youngster is TB/Connemara He has loads of quality with length of rein, in my experience if welshx TB he would be "squarer" and shorter limbed (esp knee to fetlock) TB x Connemara is a lovely cross, in my younger days (hundreds of years ago!!) the TB x NF was popular and not dissimiliar.
