What Breed would you recommend?

Always research the job the breed was bred to do. Sounds obvious but believe me I have been asked such questions such as how do I stop my terrier digging? Answer its a terrier so it's bred to dig!! Why do your dogs carry things...cos they are retrievers!!!!
Personally I don't think you can go wrong with a gundog and flat coated retrievers still tick all my boxes
 
I adore my Bichon Friese, she s the best doing in the world and has a tempromentto die for!! however I am also a MASSIVE fan of Schnauzers!
 
Gsp is the same size as the vizla but much more friendly, i've known a few funny vizlas. My gsp loves the farm, is brilliant with children, short coat.

Also a massive boxer fan, fun, great with children, mine loves the farm.

But as others have said its more to do with the parents temperment and its training from a pup.
