but can you tell me what breed Toby (my favourite horse from my riding school)

Yes I would say he was some sort of cob type.

he's 14.2 as well if that makes any difference

when you catch him on a good day then he's an angel but he has a few days when i can't get him out the stable for about 15 mins

He's definiately a cob or a fair bit of cob.
