What breed?

What breed would you say this pony is her passport doesnt say anything just her name and her sex thats all plus she is 10hh when i measured her she came up at 9.3hh. The charity she is from says sheltland? Do you think she is a pure shetland or crossed with something if so what? The pony she is stood next to in some of them is 14.2h.

lol she knows she is very cute not bad for a pony from a horse charity she is only just 4 and full of a shetland attitude, someone said maybe fellabella (sp?) x shetland as well. Have details of breeder so may see if i can send them a letter to ask them place where they are near breed pure shetlands. She has a great conformation and amazing movement and can out run my very fit 14.2 without breaking into canter. Have been told she will do very well in the show ring but if i cant find her breeding can only do very low level would be nice if i could take her to the higher shows i do with my highland youngster.
