what breed?

As most of you probably know we don't know what breed our mare is so I was wondering if anyone had any ideas!?

here are some pictures of her....sorry they are not very good!!

She looks a bit tb but looks crossed with something smaller, shes got quite a chunky, compact head and neck. Id almost be temped to say she was tb x nf.

Same as Vieshot but she almost looks to have been crossed with an Ardennes too, something about the look of her and isn't it a native breed of France/Belguim?

She definitely looks to me like she has a native french breed in her, she reminds me a bit of my friend's French Trotter, which has some native in it as well as a lot of TB.

I thought there was a bit of tb in there, but also thought there was a 'pony' breed in there, as she's quite compact!!!

Did she come from Ireland by any chance? I'd bet my money on a conemara x tb - she looks quite short coupled and has a lovely ponyish head!

We don't know about her past, we bought her in Brittany but she could have come from anywhere!!

She looks like a welsh D, the leggy type, we've got one just like that...

its really interesting to see what other people think!!! I was thinking she had 'pony' in there somwhere but also something bigger, and she's got a big jump from somewhere!!
