My 16.2hh TB / ID is very sensitive around her ears, can anyone recommend a really soft, possibly padded bridle that won't put undo pressure on this area?

I would recommend something that is shaped around the ears. The original is the Jeffries IR bridle, which I find quite chunky. I also have an albion KB which is finer and really lovely. Both were really soft from day 1 but I prefer the KB.

Agree, I have a KB on my sensitive (princess 
) mare. She genuinely does go better in it than any other bridle I have had on her
