What can an adult do with a welsh A?

I don't know about ponies but i know heavies are broken to drive quite young,
Sometimes as young as two and a half. But just because of their size, They aren't really worked, just broken, so when they are older and BIGGER, they are easier to do. Makes sense to me.
 
LOL its ok if they are small - they can't get away!!!! Muahahahahaha

He kept putting his nose under my arm for a snuggle, so cute!!
