What can i feed my 3 year old to make him eat slower...

My baby Banner eats his dinner way to fast - he has
a handfull of Cherry show shine and some cut up carrots all wet down

I was thinking maybe give him some fibre nuggets or something he cant have anything that has any energy in what so ever he is a nut job as it is!

any recomendations please

Whats cherry show shine? If it isnt 'chaff' based id put some dengi hi fi lite in there....

Its just chaff but with loads of vits&mins in it smells lovely

I have heard of that also - but i think Bambi would try and eat them hole - he can be abit dim -

My welshies on the same but has Topspec Cool cond cubes and pasture mix the cubes ap make him eat slower - which they seem to - but Bamm cant have that...so i dont knowiljust keep looking on tinternet

Honeychop Chopped Oat Straw

I just throw a handful in after their fast fibre has absorbed the water and mix it in - pads it out a bit and slows them down... No sugars etc added to it...
