Good evening,

Suddenly realising that im not sure where my black jacket is for dressage test tommorow, plus i HATE white jodphurs!!

Do you think i could get away with wearing beige jods, blue hacking jacket, shirt and blue tie and beagler...or will i look like im at a BE event??

I know it sounds silly, and it is only unaffiliated but not sure how fussy places are - its Stilebridge in case anyone in Kent knows!

i havent been shouted at yet! i wear beige jods and blue jacket although i tend to use a stock. however i tend to go to unaff dressage purely as entertainment for everyone else!

I attended affliated competitions with a blue hacking jacket. there were lots of people today at unaff competition in hacking jackets and beige jods

With the amount of work that mare makes me do, i would actually be grateful to have minimal clothing on - its like doing a full body workout!

Pink bikini may cause me to be eliminated, for trying to "bribe" the judges...mind you if its a male dressage judge, certainly wouldnt be looking at me in a pink bikini!!

Erm well I wear beige jods, I have to see I don't notice many people in white at any dressage, affiliated or un-! But echo Thistle about the beagler, I doubt you're allowed it... especially if it's an RC thing or similar.

I'm sure you'll be fine in that

Stilebridge is lovely. The lady who used to run it (not sure if she still does), Vanessa is particularly lovely and used to read for me

They always used to have a little shed where the scores were and you could make yourself tea and coffee.

Oh, how I miss Kent....
Good luck
