my horse has had nearly every diagnostic going for severe lameness. the vets have eventually gone for some sort of soft tissue injury in his SI region, but its only a best guess. had the physio out today who said he felt very very tight in that area, but she said she'd be very sceptical because nothing what so ever showed in that area on the bone scan. he's been lame for about 11 weeks now and he was scanned about 4 weeks ago. i know they can sometimes miss old injuries but as he's getting more lamer they dont believe its an old injury. nothing showed on the bone scan anywhere really? is there some type of injury it could miss?
