Momma is a sorrel homozygous tobiano, daddy is solid blue roan.
This is the third time being bred together, and each time(except this one) they have thrown blue roan tobianos.
Im pretty sure he will roan out, but seeing is how he was born bay unlike the previous foals who were born black, im not sure if he will turn black or not. But there are things that make me think he may shed out to be a blue baby. If you lift the hair on his neck and head, under the bay color is black and in the pics you can see the black coming through, or am I just wishful thinking? And if you lift the hair on his flanks, its silver underneath.
What does everyone think? Will he stay bay? Or shed out blue?
