What colour are your clipped horses?

I don't clip him any more but my golden dun is grey when clipped. I forgot about this when I had him freezemarked and you can barely see it in the winter if I try and clip it out to read it.

She seems to change colour every year! Altho shes become a hairy beastie this year & has stayed similar to her summer colour with a grey/brown tinge

Its like a different horse in every picture.
