what colour is this horse?

no pictures but I will do my best to describe it! saw it out hacking this morning and it was beautiful!
It was skewbald with palomino-coloured patches (i've heard someone call it lemon before??) but had a black/greyish sort of tail & mane

prettiest horse i've ever seen!

sort of but it was mostly white and the patches were a lot lighter than that

I've got a pale buckskin and white and yes, it's a nightmare to keep him clean. Here he is in a very podgey phase, having decided not to catch for weeks on end.

He's not everyone's cup of tea and I do wish he had more colour but he's fab.

There is a lemon and white horse next door yard to us.

Piebald is black and white
Skewbald is any other colour and white
Odd coloured is 2 colours and white.
So he's a skewbald but if you want to describe him further you could say buckskin skewbald.

Kind of like this but with darker mane & tail? It's a winter pic so the palomino is not as bright as when he has his summer coat

He's a skewbald lemon & white according to his passport but I call him a palomino & white as I can't stand the term lemon & white! Xx
