What colour tack for competitions

I'm looking to start competing this summer and am looking for new saddles etc at the mo, so was wondering what colour would you have for jumping / xcountry and what you would have for dressage. I've only ever had brown tack, but now i have a horse to compete i want to look the part! Thankies

Brown or black are fine although most dressage riders seem to use black at the moment.

I much prefer brown, just don't get orange

It only really matters for showing. Get what fits your horse

Thanks for the advice! I'll prob stick with brown then as he does look nice in it!
