What colour will this foal go???

Hello all I was hoping that someone would be able to tell me what colour my friends foal will go?? Mum is next to him in the picture so you can see her colour, and dad is the picture underneath. You can't see very clearly but his tail is bright blonde, and not getting darker at all, and his mane is the same.
Any ideas??

The pale foal coat will fall out revealing the horse's colour. You can see some of it where the foal coat has moulted.

If the sire has one copy of grey then the foal has a 50% chance of inheriting it. If the sire has two copies, then the foal will inherit a grey gene.

So he may or may not grey out, 50/50 chance. What colour do you think he'll be if he doesn't grey out??

It'll probably go dark/black but may fade to grey I'd say.

Also really look at him.

What colour is the fur in the areas where the foal coat has moulted?
Are the roots of his mane/tail darker or the same colour as the rest of the mane/tail?
Can you see any coat under the foal coat on the legs - if yes what colour is it?
Do you know what colour the sire was before he greyed out?
