My boy Nick is a 15.2hh 8 year old Thoroughbred gelding. He came with a brown numnah, and he has a black fabric headcollar with gold buckles and a black leadrope. But I want to get him something a bit nicer and brighter numnah and headcollar. What colour would suit him? I'm thinking maybe light blue? x
Thanks in advance

He is a lovely colour, he will suit pretty much anything. Have a browse and see what takes your fancy, lots of bright colours would compliment him.

My TB mare is almost the same colour, maybe slightly darker. I ride her alternately in burgundy and navy. I would also like a deep green, but I haven't found one in a dressage cut yet. I am a little bit conservative but I think that she would look great in scarlet, emerald, royal blue. Any bright or dark 'rich' colour would probably work. I don't think that pastels would work, but that is just my opinion.

personally I hate "light/pastel" colours on horses, particularly light blue! no idea why, just my preference. I think he'd suit burgundy or olive green (i do say that about most colours however). A simple black would look nice too or if you want something bright then black with bright piping? I don't really do bright :p

Really like it and its £48 with shipping and personalized with his name. Think I'm going to go for it, you can also get matching cross country silks, hat silks, cooling rugs etc.

M&N, I used to have a seal brown TB like yours and I had her in pale blue. However I think that the turquoise you have found would have been even better. I like it. :)
