What colours so you put ypur gingers in?

I intend to put my youngster in neon blue & white (bridle, breast plate) when she starts competing. She's going to be an endurance horse, so all tack is coloured. Worst one I ever saw was on orange (not ginger - orange) in bright orange tack with rider also dressed in orange. Certainly would have been easy to track down on course.

I knew a purple freak, everything including her jods were purple, felt so sorry for ned.

i either ride with white or mustard yellow numnah

i dont really care what colour her rugs are aslong as they do their job - however she does have a lovely raspberry fleece with navy piping, which beleive it or not really suits her :D

Her tack is brown as shes a very bright ginge!

The little one's in purple :o I said forest green for him, little sister said pink () and in the end we compromised and decided purple... Still clashes though!! He looks good in bright red! (he's a dark chestnut with a lighter mane and tail)

The big chestnut (very orange!) is in baby blue (with navy blue trimmings) which looks very cute, and the chestnut roan's in green, which suits him, but he is quite an unusual colour!

I have my chestnut in purple, a really deep purple colour which she really suits. But I like her in blue and white too. I havn't tried green will need to give it a try.

Please avert you eyes now if you dont like black tack on chestnuts :D
dark brown, i like the bit of purple on its so think that would suit him as well.

Think they can get away with most colours but personally i dont like red or pink on them.

What? I think black tack, especially a proper hunter type cavesson bridle on a chesnut looks best! There's a range of colours on our yard - powder blue on a Welsh B, white on a Welsh C, hot pink on one of the GP-potential geldings and the odd yellow and purple too. I think chesnuts are fairly flexible as to what they suit actually! (Have some pics of the blue, white and pink if you want to see them).

We have a few matchy matchy sets fvor my ginger. Navy blue, White, Green and were investing in a red. He has the Amigo rugs in red and I think he looks fab in them! So decided I want red for him :)
Not sure what I am going to put my red & white girly in when it's time to back her though?

My lad is in navy blue! I don't have a tack preference colour, he has a black saddle and it looks fine with a blue numnah underneath!
My mums mare was in green, but is now in a turqouise colour which looks really nice!
I had my chestnut pony in yellow back in the day!

white!

I love white on chestnuts, bays and iron greys.

That said my bay is in havannah tack and black polypads! V boring

A chestnut pony i used to ride was in turquoise, i loved that.
