when I got him I got told they were girth galls as that’s what the old owners vet had told them they were but not sure that’s what they are?
they are small and soft and there are a few of them all in the same area when touched he doesn’t react and isn’t in any pain
The vet is coming out in July so will get him to look at them but wondering if anyone has seen anything like them before?

They appear in many different forms but in favoured locations.

The advice is leave them well alone and observe growth or change. Don't allow tack to rub and if they become raw, keep the flies away.

See what Derek Knottenbelt has to say HERE

IMO vet's only if you need to intervene.

Could be occult sarcoids (I think they’re the flat type) or could be what’s left from someone else having treated sarcoids previously? Leave it alone if it’s not doing anything!
