What country boots

I have a pair of equestrian clearance K*ty lake boots - I didn't know how much I'd wear them, so bought a cheap pair. Turns out I live in them - don't wear wellies or muck boots anymore and only change out of them to ride (although have been known to hack in them if too lazy to change into long boots!). The lake boots are now about 18months old and one boot has sprung a leak. I'm not bothered as they cost me £50 and have been worn daily. So now is time for a new pair of similar boots - want the same style, don't like the ones with laces up the side. Any suggestions?
 
I love my Mark Todd country boots. I have had mine 2 years now, and have done two winters in them. I walk the dogs, ride and do yard work in them. They have worn really well (and not dropped much on the leg) They are still waterproof and are warm.

They come up a bit big on the foot - I wear thick socks in winter as I have very cold feet, and an insole in the summer. If you don't need thick socks you might need to get a size down. They also do regular and wide calf which is handy for my chunky legs!

I was in exact same situ - k*ty Lake Clearance - comfiest boots ever for £46, just replaced them with another pair, they must be made of stiffer leather & it digs in at ankles & sole inside doesn't seem as comfy :( Wish I'd bought a different make now! Toggi canyon are great if you have the budget :)
 
I bought some Toggi Canyon's on ebay for £50 - they were a little worn but at least broken in and as they were only for every day use so that was fine - really comfy - wear them all the time. Also not too long in the leg so as I'm only 5'2" that was perfect as well.
 
I bought some Tuffa boots a few months ago which are awesome! No laces to be seen either - the two elasticated strappy things are velcro so they're easy to get on and they're waterproof too. They were a bit expensive so I get told off when I ride in them, but they're much better to ridi in than my riding boots.

I couldn't find the ad for the ones I have, but these are VERY similar;

I bought these specifically for riding in, lush boots :D just wish I'd bought size smaller!
 
Another vote for tuffa, I have the country rider boots which have a better sole for stirrups and have lived in them for last few years, still waterproof although I do keep them soaped, come up generous in the foot mind :-)
