Currently sat in a traffic jam and very bored on my way back from your horse live. So as I am going to be here for some time I was wondering if anyone managed to get any bargains?

From horse health I got a lemeuix half lined sheepskin numnah, a lemeuix sheepskin half pad, a stud girth, premier equine stable boots, lemeuix under bandage pads, a set of lemeuix brushing boots and a set of lemeuix exercise wrap boots.

I also got:

A horze bobble hat
Hkm show shirt
Tagg breeches
A pair of navy and a pair of white breeches
Bridle headpiece
Anky cinnamon pad and bandages
Stable sign
Joules Helena horse fleece rug

I also got some free high viz : p

I really wanted some hovis diaries but I didn't see any :'(

What bargains did everyone else get?

Some things where no cheaper than anywhere else, others where over priced and some where very cheap and good value (in particular the horse health stand!) some stands also had discounts as they varied from only a few pounds off to half price

I got

Ariat short boots for best

Amigo rugs turnout and stable

Name plate

Winter head band

I couldn't find premier equine so ordered turnout boots online while sat in cat park

I went yesterday & got:

Hovis Diaries 1&2
Shires saddle carrying bag
Equi-tie safety tie up
Parelli natural hackamore
Parelli 22 foot rope line
Dublin belted gilet
2 x Blaze fleeces tops (£8 each, ultimate bargain!)
Sealskinz winter riding gloves
3 x thermal socks
Tub of horse treats for P.

I think that is it - other than numerous caramel/gingerbread latte's, waffles and a burger!

I love getting things 'for best'...

...thing is, they don't stay 'for best' for very long as I find I can't be fazed to go find the old one or old pair.... :p

I got:

2 idolo ties
A Shires medium weight turnout
A Lazy Jacks hoodie
Some PJ bottoms and a jumper from Jimmy Hoos
Le Mieux ears
A lead rope
Over reach boots
2 scarfs
A head collar for the mini Shetland

I think that was just about it. All shopped out now!

I got a dressage girth with Velcro fleecy lining from Horse Health; was running my stand so didn't get to see much but it was hanging in view (as I dashed past to buy tea) with a reduced tag and just so happened to be the perfect size! Took quite a few orders today as well so all in all good!

I was much more controlled this year than I was last year, but am still sat in my bedroom surrounded by bags full of goodies that I have smuggled upstairs and need to sort through! The dangers of shop & drop where you don't realise you have already bought too much until 5pm when you need to collect it...

I bought a new hat (which I was desperately in need of, so glad I found one!)
Some new sealskinz and absolute bargain XC boots (reduced from £70 to £20) from Horse Health, I would have happily stayed in there forever but got dragged out before I could buy anything fluffy or gel covered :frown3: (probably for the best...)
A heated gilet which has been on my wishlist forever
A new Swish thermocell combo rug
A TRC gilet
8 himalayan rock salts... (on offer at the end of the day, but regretted it when we had to cart them all back to the car)
Some global herbs supplements
Lots of feed samples and leaflets which will lead to a googling spree and more spending prior to xmas...

and some other bits and bobs. Great day!
