What did you do today?

I overcame my fears - had the most brilliant ride - confidence has been a big issue recently - scared to go out on my own - me and horse both been nervous wrecks. However made a news years resolution to not let this beat me - and today I went out on my own on a ride I have never done on my own - my horse felt tense but went - a few scary moments but got back safely and cantered all round the permissive bridleways - I AM THRILLED

Took my lovely filly for a walk around the country park, passed a busy main road, kids wanting to pat her, spooky things in the hedge, stollers, bikes, runners, dogs and she was as good as gold, only her 3rd time out too.

Good day though... I got a qualifying score for the National Winter Finals; I just need to get the second one before the end of March

Gave the horses kisses and cuddles. Couldnt be bothered to ride as i'm ill.

Mucked out and went for a ride in the morning, back home and jumped in the bath, then went to the Cinema in York to watch Avatar and then to Frankie and Bennies for a meal....a perfect day

Went for a lovely ride, down the lane up onto the mountain for a gallop and back down round the lanes and home - gorgeous!!
