What do Global Herbs bulk their products out with?

My chap has been on rig calm for 10 days now and the difference is definitely noticeable. As I am soon going to run out and it is pretty expensive stuff, I have decided to feed Agnus Castus (the main ingredient in Rig Calm) and Mag Ox instead.

On the Angus Castus packet it suggests feeding 15g a day, but I am feeding 100g of Rig Calm a day.

I know there is some magnesium in Rig Calm, but what else are Global Herbs bulking their products out with to be a difference of 75g a day?
 
I phoned their helpline and they were only able to tell me what the ingredients were; Agnus Castus (Monks Pepper), Magnesium and Potassium.

She wasn't able to give me the percentages or any more information, but has given me their vets email address, so I will email him and see if he can answer my question.

Hi footlights... just to say mine as been on the rig calm (max dose) for about a month, was fab in the beginning, but seems to be getting used to it and has started his old tricks... if you find out what the bulk their supplement out with I'd love to know, cant afford to be buying one every three weeks!!
I too was looking at the agnus castus and magnesium...
 
I have emailed the vet asking for the exact ingredients and amounts. Have already bought magnesium oxide and agnus castus off ebay, which came to less then £20 and will last 2 months at recommended dose.

Will let you know how we get one! It has definitely made a difference and made him a much nicer horse to be around!
 
Why is it that they don't itemise the ingredients of their products.I thought there was a law about that.I would love to know what's in some of their other products to see if i can buy the ingredients cheaper elsewhere.

Not on horse feeds sadly.
