my friend is looking for a project horse, something that she can create and say that this is her work, not a ready made horse, she wants a tb snd it must be biggerthen 15.2. i have found this one so what do you guys think ...?

It is a cheap horse, and if you google the mobile number they have more than one horse for sale. That always sets off faint alarm bells with me. Your friend should be prepared to ask lots of questions and pay for a very good vetting, at which she is present...I think that's probably all I need to say

Hmm... the pics seem to conveniently (maybe) cut off the back end...having said that the rest of it looks ok and it could be worth a look. Doesn't hurt to view....
