Hi, I have a horse who has a het groninger paard passport (hope I've spelt that right!) and I have tried emailing them to find out where to send my passport to and how much it will cost to change the ownership details but I've had no response.

The website is in Dutch so I can't understand it though I have used google translate to be able to read it and have emailed the right address. What do I do if I get no response again, i am going to write an email then translate it into Dutch (they are a small rare breed society so obviously aren't well staffed). Is there anywhere in the uk I can send my passport to get the ownership changed or can only the issuing breed society do it? Thanks for your help.

I sent my KWPN passport back to be changed, it was about £20-£30 fill in the forms off the website and post recorded delivery, there’s normally a flag in the top right corner to change the language.

I think because the breed is small, only 400 registered horses, they are not aiming their website at a world market hence the lack if flag in the corner to change language! Will send it to BEF, thanks. Will have to get her markings filled out on the passport, it's definitely hers as the microchip has been checked!
