Yes he's just looking for something to plod around on and to love - he was after an Appy but has now changed his mind! blooming pain he is

Whats he looking to do long term, compete or any specific goals or just plod around and love still? Any age criteria or anything?

Sundays are the most borings day of the week rnt they!
No just plod and love - nothing special at all
Gelding though no bigger than 15.3 between 6-15 max 2000 - 2500

My OH is 5"6, i had a horse which was 15h which carried me ok - i have asked the owner what she thinks though, he may end up being too tall!

What a sweety, I like the photo of the sign and the bus, is there an 'after' shot? But seriously he looks very sweet.

Looks nice (and 5'6" is definitely NOT too tall for 15hh!), but I'd want to know, if it's such a saint as described, why it's in a flash and martingale?

If the owner can't put on a saddlecloth, then your guess is probably going to be along the same lines as mine!

I remember trying a pony once, it was in a gag... when asked, owners replied 'we same loads of people at shows using them, so we thought we would.'

re the martingale and flash - that was one of my first thoughts! seems funny doesn't it!

i also thought that it was maybe abit cheap for a saint happy hacker they are usually double this price, thats why i put the post on here to see if anyone else thought the same as me!

Ihave tried to ring with no answer so have sent her an e mail - that will be the first question asked!

i also thought that he looks as though he has a bit of tb in him and it looks as though he isnt shod either - which isnt a problem in itself but is there an issue there????

Am i being to picky?

possibly an issue if not shod. Fine if he is really ok wo thack without shoes but small chance it might mean he hasn't done anything lately.

As for flash and martingale,, ask but I wouldn't be put off by this as so many many people I know use them without any reason arrggh but they do

You/your boyfriend are definitely not too tall for 15hh at 5'6". I am 5'6" and my arab mare is 15hh, I feel and look absolutely fine on her and she is very lightly built as well. (I am told I look absolutely fine on my 16hh gelding too so I think anything 15hh-16hh would be perfect for you both)
