as above really??

i never seem to look gd when i'm out riding usually lol just scabby jods/jeans/trackies dirty boots and chaps....... if i've forgotten my boots ive even been known to ride in trainers and chaps :O

Anything from jodhs and jeans to PJ bottoms.

With vest top, polo shirt of hoody. And short boots and chaps or wellies.

Jodhs, scabby old t-shirt /sweat shirt, walking trainers and chaps. I have stirrup cages and do a lot of walking - hence the trainers.
Also wear a hat and hi viz vest. In the winter I wear a thin woolly hat UNDER my riding hat, which is adjustable. I look truly gorgeous

Oh and mud, I wear a lot of mud......

Jodhs and polo shirt/t-shirt/hoodie. On occassion have ridden in jeans. Always wear my mega comfy ariat short boots and my cheapish chaps. HATE riding in my muckers.

Always Jodhs and Boots. Can't stand riding in jeans. Would always wear proper boots for safety. Along with my hat, and my gloves, hate riding without gloves too.

So basically the only thing that varies is jumper/t-shirt and coat........

Anything really either jodhs, skinny jeans, normal jeans or PJ bottoms. Generally a long sleeved shirt or tshirt. Short boots and chaps. Going to have to buy some more full chaps for this winter though.

Same here. It makes me cringe seeing people ride in tracksuit bottoms and / or trainers / wellies

Hat - obviously - dark jodphurs (to hide the dirt), short boots and chaps if it's warm, yard/long boots if it's cold, scruffy t-shirt plus jumper and bodywarmer if it's cold. Then HH jacket if its cold and raining.

Don't like riding in anything other than jodphurs - just not comfy and it saves my other clothes from being ruined and stinking of horse.

My beigey - brown ventair hat - it's a bit past it now so looks scruffy

Jeans, Dublin River boots, polo shirt, baselayer if it's cold if not long sleeve thin top underneath, hoody and jacket. Obv. depending on the weather.

For a lesson dark breeches, boots and gaiters basically as above even including my scruffy hat

My dad likes to take the mick out of me as I have faded browny coloured hat and my hacking buddy's is a funny bluey - grey

We look like a right pair!

Yay! we are twins lol! I'm a shorty too. Also my old Instructor would have slapped me if I went out looking scruffy. He was a real stickler for correct dress.

So why is it that I have to buy my daughter brightly colour jodhs, with matching Tshirts, hat cover, crop the lot?? Current favourites are purple with purpls spot Loveson jodhs, with adult oversized short sleeve T with horses on, purple gloves matching hat cover with purple hearts on. Or blue and navy jodhs, matching blue long sleeved Tshirt, hat cover fortunately no matching gloves or crop.

Mind you she almost never wears anything else but jodhs and it works out quite cheap as they last for ages under long boots till they wear out, whereas trousers have an argument with her ankles after 3 months.

I work with horses so I always wear jods and a t-shirt/jumper. I wear old clothes but try not to look to scappy in case any owners come down.

i always ride in my jods think ive only ever ridden in jeans twice in my life cuz i forgot to take my jods to ride in after work, i wear my short boots and gaiters and stripy coloured socks over the top looks better than the boring black, polo top and jacket( with my name on the back :P) and my hat and gloves cant ride with no gloves it doesnt feel right

Any top I can find that is ok for whatever the weather is doing. Always breeches, I don't like jodhs and find riding in jeans really uncomfy. Also at the moment I always ride in long leather boots as his coat is changing and chaps rub him! Usually jodh boots and half chaps though. Always a hat and always gloves.

Usually mud and hair too

I couldnt ride in anything other than my boots +gaiters & breeches. Jeans and wellies are so uncomfy.. and a polo shirt with joules rugger top or jacket

Green breeches going cheap but lovely fit and sooo comfy and my hunter wellies or if I want to look really posh riding boots and my old harry hall jodphurs, but I have a scull cap nothing fancy or again going posh a junior what ever but it looks good just disappionted my head size was so small, could it be because I'm 5ft
