What do we think?

Personally I'm not fussed on him for the purpose he's wanted for. If you wanted a safe hack if sounds like he ticks the boxes though.
 
Dont like the jumping pictures and he looks very unsettled in the cantering picture (although the big digger may have had a part to play in that).
If you like him, go see him, but I certainly would not pay that kind of money for what is clearly an unschooled pony.
Offer less!!!
 
Looks sweet enough but sounds a bit dull for a teeenage boy. Also as he is 13 I would be looking for something at least a hand bigger
 
Ditto the others, she should see what she thinks in person but from the ad I think she could get a scopier, readier pony to go jumping for the same money - as he's very competent he may well find a super talented pony who's not going for big money because it needs riding and won't just take a passenger round a course.

Don't like the dangly legs. My boy has dangly legs though but gets his body way higher to compensate so may not be an issue.

Personally I think you could probably get more for your money.
