What do you all pay!

£50 per week, part livery. Horse is fed, rug changed, turned out, mucket out, buckets clean in the morning. Brought in pm. I then go and make feeds, wash legs/pick feet, feed, rug change, fill water bucket.

Think people's idea of part livery really varies!!

I pay £20 a week in summer (roughly April to Nov) and £28 in winter (roughly Dec to March) to cover as much haylage as we want (unfortunately my boy doesn't eat much as the grass is pretty good all year, I am trying to force it down him!). That includes stable, 365 day turnout (24 hr in summer, in overnight in winter) use of outdoor floodlit school and trailer parking. The hacking's ok but we do have to go down a busy country lane type road for 15 mins or the main M4 to Cardiff Airport road for 5 minutes to get to it. It's one of the better ones in the area but still pretty reasonable.

Where the horse i ride is kept in Oxford I think its £25 p/w which includes stable, all year turn out & straw. However no running water, no electricity and no school.

When I looked into getting my own horse again or bringing one of my ponies down from scotland I realised just how spoilt I was as a youngster being able to keep my ponies at home! The price of livery with good facilities in these parts just seems crazy!

I pay £60 a month for DIY and have a stable. 24/7 365 days a year turnout. Two paddocks each 4 acres to share with owners horse one for winter one for summer grazing. Winter paddock has lovely large field shelter as well as lots of natural shelter from trees. Also owner checks my horse with hers every morning for me and will feed for me if I can't get there. Plus I can buy hay made on winter paddock for £2.00 a bail! I am very lucky !

To stay on topic, £200 a week for a 6 acre field with 4 ponies on. No stables but the owner has some she would let me use if we needed them. No electricity or water. Fantastic hacks

Bl**dy hell that's expensive!!. The field we're on has water which we pay the bill is 51/2 acres and approx £500 per annum. It's sand based so doesn't get quite as muddy as across the road which is very muddy.
