I wipe the suede clean with a damp cloth and use Ariat boot polish and the Ariat waterproof spray that were both recommended when I bought the boots on the leather parts. Same for my Ariat conistons and Ariat heritage short boots. Ariat are so good at exchanging new for old if you have a problem with their boots that I don't feel inclined to use any non-Ariat products on them. Not a very exciting reply, sorry!
For putting proper colour back into boots, especially brown ones, you can't beat good old boot polish. I use this on my bromonts and they come up great. The suede gets a wipe with a damp cloth.
I just use one of those little sponges from the supermarket (one side sponge, other side a bit rougher) with water to rub off any dirt, then I use black leather shoe polish which I also get from the supermarket! Nothing special. They look great still, still totally waterproof too and they must be about 5 years old.
