We give ours away for free! It surely keeps it down anyway, about 3 times a year there's nothing to give away and people just keep on coming for it! And any donations go to the costs of keeping the pony, afterall, that's where the manure comes from :D
What do you do with yours?

When the ground dries up we take it and dump it in the forest.

The wild turkeys spread it for us :D

Grow veggies in it ! Obviously only the stuff thats a few years old but growing our own food helps to keep costs down so I can afford to buy horse feed to make more poo. Mad I know

we have a sign saying "free horse manure" and leave it in empty feed bags for people to take

the other day we put 10 bags out within 1 hour they had all gone and then someone rang and collected another 10 the next day

sometimes we persuade a friendly farmer to take it away for us :)

as we have 3 it doesnt half build up quick !

I'm actually stuck trying to find a way to get rid of mine! Too many horses in the area, so farmers don't want it, gardeners have enough, can't burn it as tooclose to residential area!!

Same! Although we've given up with bags as they don't return them an people are coming with huge trailers to fill them up! :D

After watching it grow over a couple of years and nobody wanting it, this year I cant give it away fast enough!
Smallest sons teacher.....daughters friends mother....the list goes on growing:D

We have ours taken away by a specialist contractor. Rememeber if your manure is generated from a livery business, ie not just "horses at home" the EA class it as commerical waste and it should be dealt with in accordacne to their guidlines.

Use some on the garden and put the rest outside the gate with a sign "free manure" and this time of the year its really started going fast they turn up with trailers and even bring the bags back.
