What do you do with your Rosettes ??

My recent one's go in my bedroom & i hang them on Photo's of the horse. Have lots of photo's all dripping with rosette's.

I then have 2 bin bags of other rossy's from my past & there all in the loft apart from plaque's & cups there in various places around the house.

I have them spread over two houses, some in strings across my bedroom window in england, some attached to the bedstead of my bed in Ireland, and some are across the range in the kitchen.

We used to have them on cork boards up the staircase, and some on the beam in our lounge. Now they are in boxes and bags in the loft. Kt has about 12 sashes which are hanging on her bedroom door....

I mark the back of them all with venue, date and name of horse. Makes some interesting reading..

Mine are in a box on top of my wardrobe! I have all of mine and would never throw them away.

i have my special ones (HOYS, RIHS and ones that mean a lot to me) down stairs in a special cupboard with my mum's showjumpers rosettes. Then ones from when i was younger in a chest in my room and then i have the more recent ones on string around my room, but dont look out of place as i have pics of my ponies all around my room.
if i go down to littlebourne (show down the road) or patchetts clear round for a schooling then i give them back as i think people will appreciate them more than me and should not make the show centres waste moneyy

Current horse's are on string round the dining room, and the wall is papered with photos of him

, trophies on the mantelpiece.

I think my pony's (from the 80's) are in a box in the garage

Mine are all on the wall on the stairs. And my trophies are all in the window in my living room.

Some of mine are on display in my bedroom, the rest are kept in a box under my bed.

Some on the bookcase in the front room, mainly the championship ones the hubby has won, rest on dining room wall on strings.

Mine are hanging on my radiator in the lounge. I've only been showing for a year and I'm very proud of them...especially my 1 red one LOL

I've never thrown away a single rosette - each has the horses name, date and competition written on the back. This pic was taken about 30 years ago

My red rosettes, and championship one from the current season are in the kitchen, other special ones in my room, older ones are all in a box somewhere. The walls in the stable barn are covered with other old ones too

My bedroom walls used to be plastered with the damn things, I was literally running out of space (oh for those good old days when you went to local shows and did turnout, working hunter, jumping and games and came home with 7 rosettes lol!). I bit the bullet when my old boy retired and put them all in a box except for his last season's ones which were pinned onto a mesh thing on my wall. My new boy's were hung up below, but he's now won enough to fill up the board all on his own so Monty's old ones are in a carrier bag waiting to go in the box in the loft with all the old ones. I keep out a few special ones (points prizes, champion/reserve, finals) but I'm due to move and don't know what I'm going to do with them now! I write horse name, date and class on them as well, it's lovely to look back
