Just having a nosey at fellow HHO diets!

I try my hardest to avoid sugary drinks, sweets, and general crap - i.e biscuits, chocolate, and things like cheese strings -aka- foods with a load of artificial flavorings and preservatives in.

However like the next person I will cave and buy a pack of minstrels and a Dr. Pepper or something similar!

What would you typically eat in a day?

Cereal (gluten free) for breakfast, salad with protein for lunch and meat and veg for tea, snack on yoghurt. I am on a diet though!

Er, shall I say what I don't eat in a day? Might be a shorter list lol. Today has been pretty typical:
2 slices toast
Pop tart at yard doing am check
2 more slices of toast.
Mid am, cheese &mayo sandwich & a bag of crisps.
Lunch- large serving of pasta salad, a yorkie, & some biscuits.
Mid afternoon, toasted cheese sandwich & more biscuits.
Bag of crisps & a load of cheese waiting for dinner to cook.
Dinner was vege sausages, mash, & onion gravy. Eaten two heaped large plates. Followed by choc ice cream.
Eating cheese & crackers now, & at 10 or 11 I'll either have what's left of dinner, or cheese on toast for supper.
Also drank a lot of coffee with sugar/milk. And a spoonful of green beans & an Apple to give daughter a good impression. Usually eat more choc in the eve but haven't ridden tonight so not as hungry. And normally only drink alcohol at wkends.

Breakfast is always bowl of cereal. Lunch is usually cereal, bagels, soup. Dinner veg, potato and veggie burger. Try to snack on fruit but also eat badness such as buscuits, choc.... Also only drink tea.

Lol littlelegs - your post made me chuckle. I've eaten rubbish today so am now convincing myself that it's all ok because I'm snacking on grapes..

Anything healthy! Calorie counting, so if does not fit into my count or too high in calories and fat then I try and resist! lol so at the mo porridge or toast for breakfast, lunch cream crackers and a yoghurt, and dinner normally a salad with chicken or jacket potatoes.

Well I had a 20 Chicken Nugget Sharebox (to myself!) from Mcdonalds today along with a large fries. Oops :o

I very rarely drink water, since I'm always on the go at the farm it's convenience food like Pot Noodles and fizzy drinks such for me.

very bad day today!
Cheese and ham croissant, coffee
Iced latte
Diet 7 up
Mexican chicken & salad baguette
More coffee x2
Half a small Italian spicy chicken pizza from the hut and 4 BBQ chicken wings (might have another go at that later!)
Oh and a bottle of pinot (by the time I’m done!) and 10 ciggies!

It's been a bad and long day!

Too much pasta and bread!

Today I had 2x dairylea on toast,

Marmite sandwich,

Pasta, mushrooms and chopped up burger for tea.

Eating an apple now :) to make up for the 1/2 pot of ben and jerry's I ate yesterday!

I'm pretty bad. Today:
No brekkie
Lunch:bagel with peanut butter and jam. Yogurt/cake snack thing
Dinner:baked potato, cheese and salad
Dessert:magnum ice cream.

No wonder I'm overweight!!

Hm.

IBS. Intolerant of wheat and dairy. Chocolate has started giving me migraines.

High cholesterol. High blood pressure. Need to lose at least three stone.

So...

Breakfast - porridge
2nd Breakfast ('cos I get up so early!) - half a rice flour 'bread' roll
Benacol little drinky thing
Lunch - chicken salad
Snack - second half of the roll
Dinner - something with chicken or turkey, potatoes (small amount), veggies, and a jelly for desert.

Exciting life I lead

Now I never have fizzy drinks, or chocolate, or crisps, or fried stuff, or milky drinks, or biscuits, or cakes...

Ho hum.

Half a small Italian spicy chicken pizza from the hut and 4 BBQ chicken wings (might have another go at that later!)

Lol! - my standard reply to everything that I can't finish now!

Today was a not good, not bad day!

"Breakfast" on the way to work (half 9)
- Turkey sandwich with a packet of French Fries

Killing time before work (11ish)
- Scone from Costa with clotted cream and jam (could not get rid of that craving!)

Lunch (half 3)
- Cheese, pickle and salad sandwich with a bag of Doritos and a bottle of Ribena

Dinner (half 8)
- Half a pizza + grapes for pudding.

Somehow I eat all this and still manage to stay under 7 stone - someone is looking down on me!

I eat all day long, lots of cereal, pasta, fruit with chocolate or cakey stuff a few times a week. People at work are amazed that I'm slim and muscular..I don't think they realise that outside work I spend 4hrs a day at the yard and teach 8-10hrs fitness classes a week, plus rock climbing, aerial acrobatics and snowboarding at the weekends! I can get away with my sugar addiction that way!

I used to eat loads, until I looked in the mirror...! Put on a stone and didn't even realise...

Breakfast today: 2 pieces of white toast with peanut butter and a cup of tea
Snack: Crisps (ready salted), after a stressful morning at the drs with mum (don't normally have crisps!)
Lunch:Ham salad
Dinner:Tuna pasta bake
Pud: Tiny slice of cheesecake :)

I don't have to worry about what I eat generally as I work off the calories apart from in the winter lol.
Today was pretty typical:
Breakfast- Jordan's cereal with a sprinkle of bran flakes and low fat natural yoghurt on top with apple juice.
Lunch- packet of crisps and 2 fried eggs with 2 pieces of bread and ketchup
Mid afternoon snack- tiramisu ice cream ( this isn't usual but I rode 3 horses in a row and was a bit peckish lol)
Tea- sausages, peas and tinned spaghetti. Pudding had small slice of treacle pudding.
Then had a mint green tea later on.
I also usually have one banana a day but didn't today for some reason.

normally everything and anything including lots of snacks but new tweed snug so being good (2 weeks 5 pounds lost - just 2 stone to go haha - joking aside if I can get and keep off another sitone I will be happy)

breakfast - wholemeal toast
lunch - small bowl museli
tea - sausage casserole, mash and cabbage

no snacks !!!

going to alton towers in a week and intend to drink my own weight in cocktails so that might be small blip haha !!

Another slimming world fan here, and yes it really does work!
I've lost 1 1/2 stone and am at target now but well done and keep it up to you 2!!

I generally eat pretty well, eggs fit breakfast, soup or salad or a jacket potato for lunch and maybe some kind of chicken or quorn meal at night, I do still eat chocolate and drink alcohol though - which is allowed and is my favourite part of the SW diet! :D

fat club doesnt work for me but finding a tweed at half price but snug was a good incentive haha !

have buggered knee at moment (fell off hay stack) so lots of dog walking/riding but want to get back to the jogging although I suspect when I do I will not be able to combine jogging and healthy eating !

I found with the jogging that going at night takes pressure off (no one can see you !) and also just walk then jog then walk so that you dont give up and turn back ! I coudnt jog 50 metres and built up to 3 miles last year but then stopped - need a kick up arse to get going again !

Just to update actually fancied oven chips & cheese for supper. Can't say I see the point in fruit & veg, it fills you up but leaves you hungry again soon after. And not satisfying when you're starved. Mine is a good day, without effort I would eat less meals & more chocolate. I should be the size of a house, but eating all that means I maintain thin, rather than being way too thin.

I eat mostly fish and salad/veg,olives with homemade bread /coleslaw, etc. In winter I'd probably have more casseroles and thick broths. Always lots of fruit.
Love good coffee, wine and chocolate every day. Plus tobacco.

Really don't enjoy processed food, take aways and fast food.

I eat pretty healthily as I need a balanced diet to help me carry out my various activities - long distance cycling and running. I am currently on a diet to shed 1 stone so I am down to my optimum height to weight ratio to help me cycling up hills as we are cycling to the Lake District in 1 month. I am on 1500 calories per day, which is not easy to do when you also need carbs for energy.
I do have the odd cake or 'bad day' but try to counter balance it by making sure I have done a run that day too.
I do look after myself though as I feel the effects pretty quick from eating crap.
