Monkey is on alfa and pink powder. Last year she was on Top spec leisure time feed balancer but now using pink powder instead. I am wondering what to add incase she needs a little bit extra, I'm thinking cool cubes or such?

What do you feed yours?

mine is a 3 yr old now and in lightish work, 20 mins gentle schooling once a week and 2x 20 mins hack. She will be fed as much hay as she wants, allen and page barley and molasses free and a scoop of beet pulp if she is out or if in then scoop of fast fibre as this is less heating thn molassed beet. one feed a day ans staying out 24/7 til November unless early snow.

ad lib quality hay or haylage, alpha a and sugar beet, sometimes copra meal. not in work and like to slow grow. rugged if req, but mainly out 24/7 unless severe weather for more than 24 hrs. will bring them in to dry out and get perky then back out the next day regardless.

Live out unrugged but with large barns they can go into when they want.

They come into a stable for a couple of hours each day. In winter they get a large bag of hay and a scoop of high fibre nuts, Alfa-A and speedibeet. In summer they don't get hay but get 1/2 scoop of high fibre nuts.

Readi brek for breakfast, usually sandwich etc for lunch and chicken nuggets and spagetti for dinner (doesnt like anything else!!) ;) :).

LOL @ Berry and S_N!

Ours have ad lib hay, chaff and Top Spec Balancer. (The ponies that is, haven't got any kids)!
