Mine get Purina Pro Plan on the advice of my vet. They also get a bit of wet food, Pedigree or Winalot and the odd treat. Oh yes and they get a sausage each as well!!
Either Rough and Ready or Field and Trial. TBH think they prefer Rough (should that be Ruff?) and Ready. We always feed it soaked in milk (straight from the coo
Otto gets Skinner's Duck and Rice, which he adores (but my Parents' dogs refuse to touch!)
Occasionally he gets a tray of NatureDiet as a special treat.
Got the lurchers on burns active - which is fab! & the shepherd on DUCK complete, which is a wet complete feed based on BARF, again its very very good.
I fed Chudleighs Working Crunch for years but for the last few months have changed to Skinners Field and Trial Maintenance whilst they are not working - not sure why but both are happy, healthy and shiny coated!
They have a scoop each in the morning and another scoop in the evening with all the left over dinner added! (they love Sundays - lots of roast left over!)
When I am feeling generous they get dried pigs ears, dried tripe sticks or a chew
I never feed tinned dog meat as I believe its 80% water.
Would love to feed raw, gave it a go but couldn't get round the logisitics of it
After Tina got her eye removed the only thing we could get her to eat for a few weeks after was tinned food and when I read the actual ingredients I was horrified!
Thankfully she soon came round to eatig her meal again
I feed foods from a range called Land of Holistic Pets. They do a muesli type food which is necessary to rehydrate with hot water (it's all bits of brown rice, carrot, green beans, spinach etc and lamb or chicken - all dehydrated out so there's no preservatives). They get that in the morning and for supper they have the same brand but the biscuit version. They loooveee it.
Burtie - gets pedigree puppy dry food - will be changing it but that is what he was on when I got him.
Benji - gets Purina Omega for working dogs, again a dry food.
