I have far too many saddlecloths/numnahs, must have around 15 of them between my two horses, half of which I don't use. Have no idea how I've collected so many, most of them have been given to me. Worryingly I have asked for another one for christmas, I think I may be obsessed.

I also have around 25 different bits, only a few of which I ever use, but I hate to get rid of any of them, and know I am getting more for christmas! I am a bit fascinated by bits though, think i must be trying to start my own bit bank

So go on what do you too many of?

Rugs, I lost count of how many have long ago, but it doesn't matter how many I have, I still need more!!!!!!!! I am also very good at collecting bridles, i lost count when I got to 15!!!!!! I also have an overflowing trunk full of saddlecloths.

Saddles! My horse has virtually doubled in size since we got him 4 years ago (he was a skinny TB, and now he's verging on chubby, which is the point we've been aiming for as he winters badly), and with his weight gain we've been swapping saddles! We also have saddle from old ponies who we sold without tack or who no longer need it. We have aboout 6 now!

Not to mention an excesive amount of rugs, feed bowls and hoof picks (I keep losing them).

! Not this weather mind. Also rugs, loads of them and on a personal level, long riding boots, loads of them, bit like shoes I think, which of course you can't have too many of. Happy Christmas to you all. Oh did I mention Charlbury long boots on the wish list for Santa. Haven't got any of those.

Headcollars I have about 10 for one horse. He uses the same one every day but I keep on buying for special occasions.

I also have about 10 rugs of various types for the one horse.

I want a new grooming brush set since I love collecting bits of brushes etc but I like them all to match!

Bits - about 40 or so (roughly counted) some complete freaks of nature!
Saddles - only have 1 ridden horse and a loan pony, yet have 8 saddles!! (only use mine and ponies really, poss dressage saddle - others collecting dust)
Bridles and parts of - seriously got to have a equine boot sale, I could easily make up about 20 near complete bridles!!
Martingales and head collars - don't ask! have about 20 of each!!!

Gosh I'm very abstemious by comparison! So how come I've still got no money?! For one ponio I have:

4 turnout rugs
1 fleece
1 stable rug
1 exercise sheet
1 rubber bowl for feed
1 trug for water, 1 spare bucket
2 headcollars, 3 ropes
1 lunging cavesson + lunge line
6 numnahs
1 sheepskin half saddle pad

And a partridge in a pear tree!!!!!!
