What do you look for in a livery yard?

Going to look at a livery yard today

What questions do you ask? Any ideas of what to look at as well would be good.

How much turnout?
Assisted DIY?
Additional Charges - ie. turnout/bring in?
Worming Programme?
How do they introduce new horses?
Time restrictions?
Use of School?

Turnout, how much is available all year round, take a look at the fencing too,
Off road or near by hacking?
Worming programmes/ who buys worming and who devises the programme?
Any yard rules?
Storage facilities and security?
Take a look at the school, tack room, stables, feed sheds etc and look at other peoples horses.
Are there any children teenagers/dogs etc?
Do you have to have a certain vet or farrier?
Thats all I can think of in addition to what AmyMay has said.
