£27 per horse per week. Good stables in a barn, use of own fields (amazing grass), manège, on site Farm tracks to ride around, huge amount of storage space and secure tack room. We buy hay and bedding off the YO separately.
No services offered, it’s very much DIY.

Your friend is very lucky, that is incredibly cheap! I pay £145 a month for stable, grazing, storage and use of facilities (incl floodlit 20x40), hacking is great as on the South Downs. I also have one on grass livery at the same yard, which is £100pcm. No hay or bedding included.
ETA, turnout is 24/7/365 if you want, fields are never closed. Gets wet in winter but always recovers, I’ve been there 7yrs now. I park my trailer there too for no extra cost.

I pay £25 a week for DIY with large stable, good turn out in single sex group and good hacking. Hay and straw available at additional cost. £2.50 per 30 mins for 20x40 floodlit school with deep surface that floods - I don't use it! There is no yard manager but I can pay for turn out/bring in, muck out and feeds etc or for other services such as clipping, plaiting but all these services are provided by other liveries. I only use two very experienced liveries who I trust (one is my old instructor), especially if I'm away for more than one day.
