I have both mine on grass livery. 22 horses in one big field........seems I am one of very few who poo-picks!! No lights/elec/stables/facilities/storage.
Not ideal but I only pay £28 per month for each horse and it is in Zone 3 in West London I think it's the only way I could have them and live in the city.
In Winter the farmer puts hay out at £1.50 per horse per day
£145 per month DIY includes straw, hay and haylage
5 day part livery £210 on top of that, I think 7 day is £290.
That includes more or less everything except riding and grooming. 7 day includes feed or you can add it to the 5 day for £5 a week.
All year daily turnout in groups of 4 or 5 horses, can go 24/7 in summer but they like them to come in at night in winter.
Usual facilties - floodlit school, water, lighting, electricity, tea room etc. It's not posh but has most of the things you need.
Miles of off road hacking on bridlepaths and fields. Another school you can use down the the road.
Me and my mum rent our own yard, we've got 2 stables, a hay store and a spare stable which acts as the tack room. Electric and water. Turnout. Off road hacking. £86/month each
£16 pw for stable & grazing, or just grass livery on its own.
Yard has a small sand school (free to use), show jump area, xc country course, visiting instructors, summer kids' camp, lots of off road riding, hay, haylage, straw and shaving available from yard. Secure tack room. Space to store things. Food & dirnk available from YO's kitchen. Plus, free trailer and lorry parking. YO's are on site 24/7/365, too. I'm happy with mine
£38 pw for stable and grazing, there is a small indoor school with lights, jumping field and outdoor schooling area, indoor barn stables. Buy own feed/hay etc. Looking at some of your deals I should really relocate!!
