What do you think about this horse?

Good price but dreadful advert and photos.

Am wary of horses that have been turned away for any reason as they can hide an underlying lameness which doesn't appear again until in work.

Needs seperate turnout is worrying, depending on your circumstances. Says can take you to the top - top of what ?

May be worth a call though as nice price and looks like a nice type in the middle picture but difficult to say from the poor photos.

The turnout thing , is obviously a potential problem if selling on .
He looks like a nice chap

The second pictures are better but still not fab. Do you have a far amount of time on your hands? To bring on and sell the age thing is on your side, but I'm thinking you'd want to lower the price a bit more. He does have a lovely face though.

Good luck if you do decide to but him

I cant turn one of mine out with others, there is nothing wrong with him just wants to play and all the others get really P**ed off with him, He just wont take the hint! decided it was safest for him to be turned out on his own, he still has contact over the fence. Not really an issue.

My horse has to be turned out seperatly as he herds others and can be agressive is you get one of his mates in so he is on his own and is like a lamb! Think he looks nice the only way you will know is if you go and look at him good luck!!

About the turnout, on the scond ad she has written a reply to that question:

turnout wise, we keep him on his own as he doesnt settle with mares or geldings nothing nasty just contantly runs around the field. he is quite happy on his own and is calm even if the whole yard has been brought in past him, leaving him out until last.
he lives in or out and respects all types of fencing.

A gelding at our farm used to have sperate turn out becuase he bullied the other geldings and got clicky with the mares. It was a nightmare though because he ate all of our grass so we had nothing to rotate onto ..if you've got acres and acres though then lucky xD

I doubt you'd make much money on him. He's nice enough, just doesnt sound like he'd be worth any more unless you get him out BEing or BSJA

Hi Folks he is my horse you are talking about.

just like charlie77 says about her horse he just wants to play all the time with other horses in the field and they get fed up of him - i dint want to risk him being kicked.

i have owned him for over 3 years, 2 of which i was hacking out partner with "patches" on here.

please pm me if you are interested i have nothing to hide he is my best friend i just dont have time for him as my daughters ponies get all the attention an he is too good to waste.
