I currently feed my boy Simple Systems Instant Linseed and Brewers Yeast, and Clivers and Marigold Flowers.

Equidermis Plus has been highly recommended to me (thanks Lizzie) and I just wondered what results people have had with it?

Ingredients
Micronised full fat linseed, brewer's yeast, cold pressed linseed oil, nettle leaves, burdock root, chamomile flowers, clivers, calcium carbonate.

Haven't used that product but have been using Feedmark for many years and have always found their supplements to be very good.

Look out for their special offers, ie. 50% off etc. See above link.

I had my horse clipped last year. First time he had been clipped in his 10 years as he was formerly a carriage horse and they never clip them as they lose their black coat. Although his coat looked great before clipping underneath he was scurfy and spotty and his skin was awful. I used Equidermis throughout the summer and he looked great. I had him clipped with some trepidation last week and you wouldn't believe he was the same horse. His coat is glossy and smooth so yes I am a number one fan. He also has Feedmarks Benivit which I also swear by as he doesn't have a lot of hard feed.

It really improved the coat condition of mine, made them really shiny with no scurfy bits but it didn't do much else. I guess it depends on the horse
