My thought exactly but didn't want to see something that isn't there!

Could I suggest you take some more in daylight without the flash because the dark conditions and photography may be making them look a bit murky and red.

You need to change your PB settings. Follow the link in my signature for instructions.

RE the photos of the eye - you really need daylight photos without a flash. Don't forget that horses have a tapetum lucidum (like cats).

Didnt think of that, in the day light it could make a huge difference!

It goes without saying really, but if you are genuinely worried that your horse has an eye problem, get it looked at by your Vet.

Vet is coming to see horse today for other reasons and I am going to get him to check the eyes.

Not my horse, only been with me 2 weeks but had other suspect behavior with me and ridden issues before he came.

Here's the two photos of the different horses.

It looks like one has the pupil dilated and one doesn't. I can't tell any more from those particular photos.

Not sure as I only looked last night when I brought him in, in the dark!
Then took the photos this morning when still dark!
